Close encounters of a creative kind: interactive and voice operated

We encounter a multitude of urban objects throughout our daily lives. But what are they and what is their role apart from being deeply ingrained in the urban environment? Come and get to know our public space.

We collaborated with The Prague Institute of Planning and Development to create an interactive exhibition that answers these questions and uncovers stories behind the objects of the urban landscape.

A gallery provided the perfect space for exploration and to enjoy an immersive experience based on clean graphic design.

Visitors were able to initiate interaction with urban objects using a voice-operated app.

This interaction translated into simple silhouette illustrations that were projected in the real-life ratio on a 25-meter-wide screen. In turn, visitors better acquainted themselves with objects of public space by removing them from their natural setting.

The goal was to induce a more intimate understanding of their secular functions. The additional floor and spatial projections enhanced the overall experience of familiarization.
