Vinolok

Animation brought alive on 9 screens

The Czech company Vinolok invited us to create a vivid animation to showcase their glass bottle stoppers at multiple trade fairs. Our creative focus emphasized the fluid character of glass, simulating the formation of the stopper.

We decided to display our animation on 9 TV screens that were responsive to the setup of trade stalls.

The installation required us to synchronize the timing of the animation across a multi-display layout.

When there is no solution, we make our own.

To achieve this, we employed a particular programming language and accompanied our animation with a smart hardware setup. It combined a small network of single-board computers and an intelligent player that distributes and syncs the files into individual frames.

8K resolution

The displayed outcome was projected in 9x full HD providing stall visitors with a profoundly ephemeral experience that encapsulates the essence of the manufacturer’s product.

The solution and design of the exhibition stall received an award for the best installation in Paris.
