Views on disparity
Why is there a shortage of rental housing? The exhibition Houses and Apartments explores the reasons for the dismal state of the housing market in Prague as well as potential solutions.Together with the curators of the exhibition, we have created a video for
a wide-screen wall in the CAMP space, which best illustrates the issue on a real 1:1 scale.
Zooming out, viewers get to see Prague from above where the current data on current construction shows the predominance of developer construction.
To rectify the situation in the housing market, the share of urban and cooperative construction needs to be increased. The projection showcases diagrams to identify and illustrate the patterns of these types
of development.
